Since 2020, Mayur has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. 
Water is priceless, therefore it needs to be conserved before it’s too late. Rain water harvesting is an imperative practice in an arid state like Rajasthan. We have implemented a rain harvesting system in all our manufacturing units, to conserve water. The Jaitpura plant itself has 11 water injection pits connected to 13 injection wells having a capacity of more than 6,24,000 litres/day. 
Through upgradation and modernizing of equipment and bringing in best practices the coal, diesel, and electrical consumption has reduced significantly. It is an ongoing process where we have taken the following measures to curb energy consumption:-
